1、 Characteristics of corrugated paper solid adhesive intermediate products
The intermediate is used for the preparation of surface sizing agents for corrugated base paper. By adding it to the starch solution and neutralizing the starch, a cross-linking reaction is formed, which is grafted onto the starch molecules to form hydrophobic groups, effectively improving the surface water resistance of corrugated base paper. The water resistance produced by the cross-linking reaction is highly stable and not affected by climate and system fluctuations, solving the problem of moisture regain in corrugated base paper during the summer and rainy seasons. Meanwhile, under the condition of replacing 15% -20% starch, this product can maintain or further improve the paper's ring pressure index, and has a good reinforcing effect. It is currently an ideal product to replace traditional sizing agents.

3、 Method of using solid adhesive intermediates for corrugated paper
The intermediate of corrugated paper solid adhesive is mixed evenly with ferrous sulfate in proportion to produce corrugated paper solid adhesive.
Suggested dosage for preparing 1 ton of solid adhesive:
Corrugated paper solid adhesive intermediate 100-120KG
Ferrous sulfate 900-880KG
Add the prepared corrugated paper solid adhesive to the starch solution (with a dosage of 7kg-12kg per ton of paper), stir evenly, heat up to 90-95 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes, filter, and apply the adhesive on the machine. Adding corrugated paper solid adhesive can replace 10% -20% starch.
4、 Packaging and storage of corrugated paper solid adhesive intermediates
This product is a solid particle that is easy to transport and use. It should be placed in a dry, ventilated, and cool place and should not come into contact with water to prevent dissolution and loss. 25kg, 1000kg woven bag packaging.
